Tex. Labor Code § 207.005: MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF BENEFITS.

The maximum amount of benefits payable to an eligible individual during a benefit year may not exceed the lesser of:

(1) 26 times the individual's benefit amount; or

(2) 27 percent of the individual's benefit wage credits.
