SUBCHAPTER J. RURAL WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT GRANT PROGRAM

The commission shall:

(1) adopt rules for the administration of this subchapter; and

(2) periodically verify that grant money awarded to a nonprofit organization under the program is being used appropriately.
