CHAPTER 351. GENERAL PROVISIONS; RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION OF SERVICES

In this subtitle:

(1) "Department" means the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services.

(2) "Executive commissioner" means the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission.
