CHAPTER 352. VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION SERVICES
SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

An applicant for or recipient of vocational rehabilitation services who is aggrieved by an action or inaction under this chapter is entitled to a hearing by the commission in accordance with law.
