Tex. Labor Code § 51.0363: NOTICE OF COMMISSION ACTION.

(a) The commission shall mail to each party to the appeal under Section 51.0362 notice of:

(1) the commission's decision;

(2) the violation;

(3) the amount of any penalty assessed; and

(4) the person's right to judicial review of the order.

(b) The notice shall be mailed to a party's last known address, as shown by commission records.
