SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The commission shall provide information to the public about this chapter to ensure that both employers and employees in this state are fully aware of:

(1) their respective rights and responsibilities;

(2) the specified exemptions; and

(3) the penalties and liabilities that may be incurred for a violation of this chapter.
