CHAPTER 107. OBLIGATIONS FOR CERTAIN LIABILITIES TO PUBLIC PENSION FUNDS OF A MUNICIPALITY

An obligation issued under Section 107.003 is a complete or partial refinancing of a commitment of the municipality to fund its unfunded liability.
