SUBCHAPTER I. FEES OF COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR

The county tax assessor-collector has the same authority to set and collect a fee for a check returned to the tax assessor-collector that the county clerk has under Sections 118.011 and 118.0215.
