CHAPTER 135. CIVIL FEES PAYABLE TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT
SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

In this chapter:

(1) "Fee" means a civil fee listed under Section 135.003.

(2) "County treasurer" means the custodian of money in a county treasury.
