SUBCHAPTER B. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT CIVIL SERVICE SYSTEM IN CERTAIN COUNTIES

A sheriff's department in a county with a population of more than 500,000 may, in accordance with this subchapter, create a civil service system.
