In this subchapter "lake area" means the area within 5,000 feet of the project boundary line for Lake Tawakoni or Lake Ray Roberts, which is defined as the 447 foot elevation take line for Lake Tawakoni and the 645 foot elevation take line for Lake Ray Roberts.
