SUBCHAPTER D. MASSAGE PARLORS

(a) A person commits an offense if the person intentionally or knowingly operates a massage parlor in violation of a prohibition or regulation adopted under this subchapter by the commissioners court.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
