CHAPTER 247. THIRD-PARTY REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT DOCUMENTS AND INSPECTION OF IMPROVEMENTS

A regulatory authority may not impose a fee related to the review of a development document or the inspection of an improvement conducted under this chapter.
