CHAPTER 293. COUNTY BUILDING AUTHORITY ACT
SUBCHAPTER B. CREATION AND OPERATION

The purposes of the authority are to construct, acquire, improve, equip, furnish, maintain, and operate a county building adequate to meet the county's needs. In planning the building, the authority may consider the anticipated population and economic growth of the county and the demands that this growth will create for space for county activities.
