SUBCHAPTER B. CREATION AND OPERATION OF PUBLIC FACILITY CORPORATION

If a notice is required to be given to a director by this chapter, the articles of incorporation, or the bylaws, a written waiver of the notice signed by the person entitled to the notice, before or after the time that would have been stated in the notice, is equivalent to giving the notice.
