CHAPTER 322. JOINT PARKS BOARD AND PARK BONDS: ADJACENT COUNTIES WITH POPULATIONS OF 2.1 MILLION OR MORE
SUBCHAPTER B. JOINT BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS

(a) A park commissioner or employee of the board may not acquire a direct or indirect pecuniary interest in any improvements, concessions, equipment, or business located in or related to a public park administered by the board.

(b) A park commissioner or employee of the board may not have a direct or indirect interest in any contract or proposed contract for construction, materials, or services in connection with or related to a park administered by the board.
