- SUBCHAPTER A. CREATION OF DISTRICT
In this chapter:
(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.
(2) "Director" means a member of the board.
(3) "District" means a sports facility district.
(4) "Sports facility" means a multi-use facility for sport and recreational activities.
