SUBCHAPTER B. INTERCOUNTY COOPERATION FOR JAIL FACILITIES

The sheriff or jail administrator has all the powers, duties, and responsibilities with regard to keeping prisoners and operating the jail that are given by law to the sheriff in a county operating its own jail.
