- SUBCHAPTER G. JAIL DISTRICT
(a) The district is governed by a board of directors composed of three directors from the county in the district with the greatest population and two directors from every other county in the district. The board shall manage and control the district and shall administer and implement this subchapter.
(b) Directors shall be elected as provided by this subchapter.
