SUBCHAPTER J. COUNTY ADULT SEXUAL ASSAULT RESPONSE TEAMS

The commissioners court of a county shall fill a vacancy for a response team member not later than the 30th day after the date the vacancy occurs and in the same manner as the original appointment.
