CHAPTER 365. TEMPORARY SECURE WEAPON STORAGE FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC BUILDINGS

A political subdivision under this chapter may collect a fee of not more than $5 for the use of a self-service weapon locker or other temporary secure weapon storage.
