CHAPTER 375. MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICTS IN GENERAL
SUBCHAPTER L. ELECTIONS

(a) A bond election, maintenance tax election, and any other election held in a district may be held at the same time and in conjunction with any other election.

(b) Elections shall be called and held as provided by the appropriate provisions of Chapter 54, Water Code.
