SUBCHAPTER B. CREATION OF DISTRICT; TEMPORARY BOARD

At the hearing, the commissioners court shall examine the petition to ascertain its sufficiency, and any interested person may appear before the commissioners court to offer testimony on the sufficiency of the petition and whether the district should be created.
