SUBCHAPTER C. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS; BOARD OF DIRECTORS

After each appointment of directors by the commissioners court, and after the directors have qualified by taking the proper oath, the directors shall organize by electing a president, a vice president, a secretary, and any other officer the board considers necessary.
