CHAPTER 392. HOUSING AUTHORITIES ESTABLISHED BY MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
SUBCHAPTER E. BONDS AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS

Bonds issued by an authority may be sold:

(1) for cash;

(2) in exchange for property constituting a housing project; or

(3) by any combination of those methods.
