- SUBCHAPTER C. CORPORATE ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION
The housing finance corporation shall maintain a registered office and a registered agent as provided by Article 2.05, Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act (Article 1396-2.05, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes). The corporation may change its registered office or agent as provided by Article 2.06 of that Act. Process may be served on the corporation as provided by Article 2.07 of that Act.
