SUBCHAPTER D. AUTHORIZED PROJECTS

In this chapter, "project" means land, buildings, equipment, facilities, expenditures, and improvements included in the definition of "project" under Chapter 501, including:

(1) job training as provided by Section 501.162; and

(2) recycling facilities.
