CHAPTER 551. WATER CONTROL BY MUNICIPALITIES

A home-rule municipality may adopt and enforce ordinances requiring water conservation in the municipality and by customers of the municipality's municipally owned water and sewer utility in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the municipality.
