- SUBCHAPTER B. COUNTY UTILITY SYSTEM BOARD FOR WATER, WASTEWATER, OR SOLID WASTE SYSTEM
(a) The board may adopt bylaws to regulate its affairs and establish the area in the county in which it has responsibility for providing utility service.
(b) The bylaws may provide for a seal for the board.
