SUBCHAPTER B. ELECTION FOR DETACHMENT OR ATTACHMENT OF COUNTY TERRITORY

If the election is held in a county and the proposition to detach part of the county is defeated at the election, a subsequent election for the same purpose may not be ordered or held within five years after the date of the initial election.
