CHAPTER 123. TREATMENT AND RECYCLING FOR BENEFICIAL USE OF DRILL CUTTINGS

A permit holder who takes possession of drill cuttings from the person who generated the drill cuttings shall provide to the generator a copy of the holder's permit.
