  5. SUBCHAPTER J. PROHIBITED PRACTICES AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES

On a determination that a ground for disciplinary action exists under Section 1001.452, the board may:

(1) deny an application for a license;

(2) revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew a license;

(3) probate the suspension of a license; or

(4) formally or informally reprimand a license holder.
