  5. SUBCHAPTER C. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND PERSONNEL

(a) The board may employ an executive director to conduct the affairs of the board under the board's direction. The executive director shall receive a salary in an amount determined by the board.

(b) The executive director shall receive and account for any money derived, including any fee collected, under this chapter.
