- SUBCHAPTER F. GENERAL REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
The board by rule shall adopt a comprehensive refund policy for applicants who are not able to take an examination under this subtitle after paying the examination fee. The comprehensive refund policy must include:
(1) a list of the circumstances under which the board will refund the examination fee to an applicant who does not take the examination;
(2) the required documentation to support a refund request;
(3) the deadline for applying for a refund; and
(4) the amount of the examination fee the board may retain to cover administrative costs.
