SUBCHAPTER H. DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES

The council shall revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew a license, place on probation a person whose license has been suspended, or reprimand a person who is licensed under this chapter if the person violates this chapter or a rule of the council.
