- SUBCHAPTER C. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
A person may not act or attempt to act as a real estate inspector in this state for a buyer or seller of real property unless the person:
(1) holds a real estate inspector license under this chapter; and
(2) is under the indirect supervision of a professional inspector.
