SUBCHAPTER C. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

A professional inspector may sponsor an apprentice inspector or a real estate inspector only if the professional inspector provides sufficient proof to the commission that the professional inspector has completed at least 200 real estate inspections as a professional inspector.
