SUBCHAPTER I. DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS, PENALTIES, AND ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS

The commission, the attorney general, a county attorney, or a district attorney, as applicable, may bring an action to enforce this chapter or to abate or enjoin a violation of this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter as prescribed by Sections 1101.751 and 1101.752.
