SUBCHAPTER B. TEXAS APPRAISER LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION BOARD

(a) Appointed members of the board serve staggered six-year terms, with the terms of one or two appraiser members and one or two public members expiring on January 31 of each odd-numbered year.

(b) If a vacancy occurs during a member's term, the governor shall appoint a person to fill the unexpired term.
