SUBCHAPTER I. PRACTICE BY CERTIFIED OR LICENSED APPRAISER

A person who is certified or licensed under this chapter or who has applied for a certificate or license shall retain all business records relating to each appraisal performed by the person until at least the fifth anniversary of the date of the appraisal.
