CHAPTER 1105. SELF-DIRECTED AND SEMI-INDEPENDENT STATUS OF TEXAS REAL ESTATE COMMISSION

The commission or board may acquire by lease and maintain, use, and operate any real, personal, or mixed property necessary to the exercise of the respective powers, rights, privileges, or functions of the commission or board.
