CHAPTER 1105. SELF-DIRECTED AND SEMI-INDEPENDENT STATUS OF TEXAS REAL ESTATE COMMISSION

The commission and the board are governmental bodies for purposes of Chapters 551 and 552, Government Code. The commission is a state agency for purposes of Chapters 2001 and 2005, Government Code.
