SUBCHAPTER C. CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), this subchapter applies only to a licensing entity that issues a license to a health care practitioner under this title.

(b) This subchapter does not apply to Subtitle L.
