CHAPTER 1305. ELECTRICIANS
SUBCHAPTER F. LICENSE DENIAL AND DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS

(a) If the department proposes to deny a license or take disciplinary action against a license holder, the license holder is entitled to a hearing.

(b) The proceedings relating to a license denial and disciplinary action by the department under this chapter are governed by Chapter 2001, Government Code.
