SUBCHAPTER O. EMERGENCY ADMINISTRATION OF EPINEPHRINE

The administration by a peace officer of an epinephrine delivery system to a person in accordance with the requirements of this subchapter or commission rules does not constitute the unlawful practice of any health care profession.
