Tex. Occupations Code § 1801.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Commission merchant" means a person engaged in the business of selling any goods on consignment and for a commission.

(2) "Goods" includes produce, wares, merchandise, sugar, and cotton.
