SUBCHAPTER B. REGISTRATION AND BOND REQUIREMENTS

(a) A public safety solicitor shall post with the secretary of state a $10,000 surety bond issued by a surety company authorized to do business in this state.

(b) The bond must be payable to the state and conditioned on compliance with this chapter.
