SUBTITLE A. OCCUPATIONS RELATED TO WATER
CHAPTER 1901. WATER WELL DRILLERS
SUBCHAPTER I. OTHER PENALTIES AND ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS

The executive director may bring an action in:

(1) Travis County; or

(2) the county in which:

(A) the offending activity occurred; or

(B) the person engaging in the activity resides.
