SUBCHAPTER F. LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

(a) Unless exempt under Section 1903.002, a person commits an offense if the person installs an irrigation system without holding a license issued by the commission under Chapter 37, Water Code.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
