CHAPTER 1904. WATER TREATMENT SPECIALISTS
SUBCHAPTER B. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

(a) A person who holds a license under Chapter 1301 is exempt from the requirements of this chapter.

(b) This chapter does not apply to an employee of an industrial facility installing or servicing water treatment equipment.
